Bountiful Children's Foundation:

Bountiful Children (formerly Liahona Children's Foundation) was formed to help malnourished children using food supplements to provide nutrients essential for proper brain development during the first 1,000 days of life. Bountiful also provides important instruction for mothers of infants and small children to provide improved nutrition and cognitive development.

Information About Me:

Hello! My name is Joseph Powell. I'm 21 and I was born and raised in Arizona in the United States. Although I have grown up in America my whole life, I have often been told by many local Filipino that I have the Pusong Pinoy or Heart of Filipino. I was given a blessed opportunity back in 2018-2020 to live and serve the beautiful Ilocano people living in Ilocos Norte and Cagayan Valley. I love the Philippines with all my heart and care deeply about the people. My closest friends are from there too.

The Donation drive:

Ludivina Ballan, a close friend of mine From Albay, Philippines, oversees the work of the Bountiful Children's foundation in the Bikol Region. We have decided to partner up and start a donation drive to help out the work as they are in dire need of support in Providing Clean Water sources mothers, formula, and training towards mothers to be self sufficient in providing to their children to prevent Malnutrition and starvation.

I have seen myself the adverse effects of extreme poverty and malnutrition in the children of the Philippines. I want to do everything that I can to change that one step at a time.

I myself will be teaching and supporting the region through a screening of the region to best assist the needs of the region including providing help specifically from this donation.
